This special girl is bred by Hector of Balnabroich and Rona Odhar 2nd, a dun cow that has links to the wild isle of Rona. The Rona Fold actually began with Ardbhan cows way back in the 90s and came full circle back to us years later when Fionngal of Rona, a daughter of one of those cows, arrived to join our herd. From there began our Rona line, and they have bred elegance and style into our herd ever since. With Hector siring predominantly red calves, this black beauty was a surprising treat in this year’s crop.
